Colson Scholarship Application Portfolio
The Charles W. Colson Scholarship for Ex-offenders offers a unique opportunity for higher education and life formation skills for those who have been incarcerated. The scholarship funds are only available for study at Wheaton College. If you apply for a scholarship, it is important for you to apply for admission to Wheaton College through the Office of Admission at the same time. The deadline for all scholarship application materials to be in IPM's office is January 1. Check the college website for appropriate admissions' deadlines.
The scholarship application portfolio consists of the following documents:

The forms provided above are interactive PDFs; they may be completed on-line and some may be submitted electronically. If you opt to do this, remember that when you hit the "submit by email" button, you will be prompted to select the type of email browser you are using. A message will be prepared for you with an attachment. The attachment will not look like the form you submitted, it will be in xml-data format. This is fine as we are able to convert the data into the format that we need for processing. If you experience difficulties, you may complete the forms on-line, print them and either mail or fax them to us.
