If you are a continuing student wishing to register for new sessions, click here.
Academic Documents
All who are applying to SCM must send in their academic records.
Undergraduate Students: An official transcript from your High School (or GED) must be submitted to the Institute of Prison Ministries.
Graduate Students: Please request transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended.

Application Fees
$75 before application deadline/ $100 after application deadline

Summer Courses
5-day intensive residential courses are held in June only. More detailed information is provide in the Residency Planning section of the FAQ page.

Room and Board
$ 250 (payment due prior to 6/7/2013)

(Check-in on Sunday afternoon, check-out Friday afternoon. Accomodations for students are one-bedroom campus apartments; all meals are served in our award-winning cafeteria).

Meal Plan
For those who will be staying on campus during the Summer Residential Courses, meals are included in the cost for Room and Board. However, if you are commuting you will need to purchase a meal plan.
Medical Records
Three medical documents must be submitted to SCM.
1. Medical History Form - Must be submitted to the Student Health Center, 500 College Ave., Wheaton, IL 60187.
2. Proof of a TB skin test - if you have had this test done in the last calendar year, there is no need to repeat the test; however, the Student Health Center must receive verification.
3. Proof of Medical Insurance - A copy of your medical insurance card must be submitted to the IPM office.
